The integrated ∪-type progressive oil distributor can be used in medium pressure and wide temperature change conditions. It can form a single-line lubrication system with manual, electric, pneumatic pumps, etc. It is used for various small machine tools and plastic machinery equipment, or a sub-distributor of a large single-line lubrication system.
A typical set of U-type distributors can usually provide lubrication for 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 lubrication points. The U-type distributor has only one displacement specification of 0.3mL/cyc. Note that for the oil outlet of the distributor, any oil outlet cannot be blocked to affect its normal operation, otherwise the distributor will be damaged.

หลักการ
U-shaped is a progressive distributor that delivers a certain amount of grease from each working plunger in the valve body to the lubrication points in a specified sequence. Each working plunger pair delivers quantitative grease to the lubrication point based on the principle of hydraulic force generated by progressive action. In order for the distributor to have a constant output, the U-shaped distributor must be supplied with grease with a certain pressure. Otherwise, the working plunger pair will not deliver the grease to the lubrication point in a progressive manner in the specified sequence. . In the same way, once the supplied pressure grease stops flowing, the working plunger pair of the distributor will also stop moving. Only when the pressured grease starts to flow in the valve body again, each working plunger pair in the distributor will repeat its oil filling cycle working process at the same point.
