1. Reservoir capacity: MLS minimal quantity lubrication system provides storage tanks of different capacities, with a standard capacity of 05L, 1L, 2L, 4L, users can choose the appropriate storage tank based on actual usage.
2. Air flow control: The air flow of the atomizing pump is controlled by the air metering screw, and the density and distance of spray are determined by the air metering screw and the pump stroke adjustment knob.
3. Pulse generator frequency adjustment: The pulse generator of the MLS minimal quantity lubrication is a specially designed and manufactured variable pneumatic timer used to control the circulation speed of the pump, with a recommended frequency of 5-50 pulses per minute.
4. Electromagnetic valve control output: The pneumatic circuit of the MLS minimal quantity lubrication can also be controlled by an electromagnetic valve, and the air input frequency can be set to achieve precise control of the output frequency of the atomization pump through the electromagnetic valve.
