Testing

Visual Inspection: Inspect the injector and all of its connections for any signs of damage or leakage.
Pressure Test: Connect the injector to a pressure source and increase the pressure gradually to the operating level of 1.0 MPa. Look for leaks or other abnormalities.
Flow Test: Measure the volume discharged to verify that it falls within the range of 0.03 to 0.5 ml per stroke. This can be accomplished by utilizing a calibrated measuring device.
Reset Test: Check that the injector resets correctly at the set reset pressure of 0.3 MPa.
Operational Test: Run the injector through several cycles to ensure consistency in performance and check for any irregularities in operation.
