MGK-12 Detachable Pressurized Grease Distribution Injector
MGK is a detachable pressurized distributor with a disassembled metering valve. The metering valve has a fixed output per cycle. The number of outlets of distributor can be based on the combination of use, and different flow rates can be selected for each outlet.

MGK oil distributor is suitable for lubricant NLGI 000#, 00#, and needs to be used with a positive displacement lubrication pump.
MG pressurized lubricant metering valve discharges lubricant when the lubrication system is pressurized, and the metering valve stores oil inside when the system is depressurized. It is suitable for volumetric periodic lubrication systems.
MGK distributor can quantitatively deliver lubricating oil to lubrication points according to the selected output volume. It is suitable for lubrication systems with working pressure of 1.0-3.5MPa and has high precision.
This metering valve has 10 output volume models, all with M8*1 internal threads, connected to 4mm nylon tubes or copper and aluminum tubes. The metering valve is divided into 3, 5, 10, 20, 30, and 50 according to the output mark, and for the outlet outlet fittings, there are sleeve type and quick plug type options.

Principle
When the lubrication pump is working and pressurized, the lube distributor delivers the quantitative lubricant stored inside to the lubrication point. After the quantitative lubricant inside is delivered, it stops outputting, achieving the effect of quantitative and accurate oil delivery every time. After the lubrication pump stops working (depressurization), the main lube pipe is depressurized, the piston of the distributor is reset, and new oil enters the piston cylinder at the same time. After the oil storage is completed, wait for the lubrication pump to work and inject the quantitative lubricant in the piston cylinder into the lubrication point.
