Features
1. It needs to be equipped with a pressure relief lubrication pump with accurate oil quantity, which can be selected according to needs.
2. Each outlet has an indicator rod for visual detection, and a proximity switch or micro switch can be selected for signal detection.
3. The standard proximity switch is a normally closed contact, and a normally open contact can also be selected.
4. The micro switch can only be installed at the 0.5ml outlet, and NO and NC contacts are optional.
5. The standard LT distributor is equipped with a ferrule connector, and a quick-plug connector is optional.

Principle
LT is mainly based on the action of the metering piston and the cooperation of the umbrella-shaped two-way valve. When the oil pumped by the lubrication pump is injected from the main pipe, the umbrella-shaped two-way valve is pushed, so that the oil flows into the piston chamber and is pressed through the passage. Under the action of the pressure oil, the metering piston moves downward, accumulates oil and compresses the spring. When the oil pressure in the main pipe is released (i.e., pressure relief), the umbrella-shaped valve moves due to the pressure difference and opens the outlet at the same time, so that the oil accumulated in the living chamber is sent into the oil tube through the outlet.
