JVB Grease Divider Valves For Progressive Lubrication System
JVB is a distributor for progressive lubrication systems. It is designed to accurately distribute lubricant between multiple lubrication points, ensuring that each lubrication point receives the right amount of lubricant, improving the operating efficiency of the equipment.
Description
Features
Flexible Design: JINPINLUB JVB distributor valves allow field configuration for different needs from 6 to 20 outlets.
Positive Displacement: The discharge volume per outlet per cycle is fixed at 0.17cc, and can be combined with appropriate accessories to meet larger output needs.
Corrosion Resistant: The progressive valve body is made of carbon steel and has been treated with surface protection to enable long-term use in harsh environments.
Monitoring Function: The distributor valve is equipped with a cycle indicator pin to provide visual confirmation of system operation. In addition, the cycle pin can also be equipped with a switch to provide electrical feedback to the system controller.

Application
The working principle of JVB distributor valve is progressive, which means that each valve section will discharge a certain amount of lubricant to the lubrication point it serves after completing its piston stroke, and then the next valve section will start working. JVB distributor valve is widely used in small mechanical equipment that requires multi-point lubrication, such as machine tools, processing machinery, printing and packaging machinery, etc.
