JSV16 Divider Valves For Progressive Oil Grease Lubrication
JSV is a device used in lubrication systems for quantitatively and reliably distributing lubricants. It is suitable for progressive lubrication systems, where lubricant is injected into the main pipeline through a pump and then distributed to the connected progressive distributor.
Description
Features
Compact: JINPINLUB JSV series distributor is compact and lightweight, suitable for installation on different types of equipment.
Progressive lubrication: It can be used with J203 series electric plunger grease pump to achieve progressive lubrication, ensuring that grease is distributed to each lubrication point as needed.
Grease type: JSV series is suitable for NLGI000#~2# grease.
Wide application: Mainly used in large equipment such as wind power generation, engineering machinery, construction machinery, mines, steel mills, metallurgy, and docks.

Principle
Distributor operation: Grease is transferred to the JSV series progressive distributor through a pipeline. This distributor has multiple outlets, each corresponding to a lubrication point.
Progressive distribution: The core of the JSV distributor is a rotary metering valve. When the grease pump is working, the distribution valve opens one by one to distribute the grease to each lubrication point.
Cyclic operation: After the distribution valve completes a round, it will restart and continue to distribute grease until all lubrication points are lubricated.
