JSV-6 Progressive Monoblock Distributors From 1-20 Outputs
JSV progressive distributor valve is a compact, single-block design unit designed to distribute lubricants in a controlled and sequential manner. Any outlet of the distributor can be connected to the adjacent outlet by installing a plug and removing a special fitting.
Description
Feature
Design: JINPINLUB JSV valves are made with Nickel plated steel or Stainless steel for rugged service and corrosion protection. They are usually available in 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 or 18 outlet.
Principle: The valve meters lubricant in sequence via a number of pistons. Each piston will move in turn and a fixed quantity of lubricant will be allowed to pass on to each outlet.
Monitoring: The JSV valves can be mounted with visual or electronic monitoring devices. They monitor blockages or faults within the system and any need for maintenance to prevent any downtime.
Customization: JSV valves are flexible in configuration. Their outlets can be combined or blocked according to particular lubrication needs.
