JMG1 is a progressive grease lubrication pump, suitable for flow grease NLGI 000~0#. It adopts a gear pump made of special alloy steel and is matched with an induction motor, which has the advantages of stable output pressure, no noise, and long service life.

1. The timer can be set to two action modes:
① Lubrication: Pump starts to execute the lubrication time timing. ② Memory: Pump starts to execute the previous unfinished interval timing.
2. A Pressure switch is optional for detecting lube line.
3. The optional capacitive sensor can detect the low oil level and automatically send a signal.
4. With a pressure gauge, the operating pressure of pump can be detected. 500mL/min discharge is optional.
5. The timer has a self-locking function to avoid misoperation.
6. With an “RST” button, you can force lubrication or eliminate abnormal alarm signals.
7. The ground gear pump is equipped with an induction motor, which has stable pressure, low noise, durable and reliable.
8. AMG1 is a progressive lubrication pump that needs to be combined with progressive grease distributors to form a lubrication system.
