JDL1 Electric Resistance Oil Lubrication Gear Pump With Sensor
The JDL1 resistance lubrication pump is driven by an electric motor to achieve oil suction and oil delivery. The design of the gear pump enables it to provide stable output pressure and flow, and is suitable for occasions that require timed and quantitative lubrication.

Features
1. Two action modes:
① Lubrication: lube time is executed first when starting.
② Memory: continue to execute unfinished interval time when starting.
2. Pressure switch can detect damage to oil circuit.
3. Float switch can detect oil level and send a signal.
4. Pressure gauge can detect oil circuit pressure.
5. Timer can be set and has a self-locking function, LUB time: 1-999 secs (mins), interval time: 1-999 mins (secs/hours/cycles).
6. Panel indicator shows the lube and interval status of pump.
7. “RST” button can force lube or eliminate abnormal signals.
8. Lube time must be less than 2 mins, the interval time must be more than 5 times the lube time to avoid triggering the high temperature protection device.
