J203 Progressive Multi Outlet Electric Grease Plunger Pump

J203 lubrication pump is an electric plunger pump with multiple discharge, multiple capacity and multiple voltage, designed for progressive lubrication systems. After decades of market testing, it has become very mature and has been used in a variety of machines.

Description

Features

Components: The pump consists of a housing with an included motor, a reservoir with a stirring paddle, a pump detail (which can include a pressure-relief valve), a filling nipple, and electric connection parts.
Motor Activation: When the motor is activated, it drives the lubrication pump element.

Lubricant Movement: The pump element moves the lubricant from the reservoir via the system.
Distribution: The lubricant is then dispensed to diverse lubrication points via the connected lines. The pump can supply up to 150 lubrication points, relying on the lubrication line.
Control Options: The grease pump can be geared up with control printed circuit boards that provide distinct working settings, allowing for precise control over lubrication intervals and quantities.
