J203 Progressive Electric Grease Pump For Mobile Application
J203 lubrication pump is an electric multi outlet lubrication device used in progressive distribution valve systems. This pump can accommodate up to 3 independent pump components, supplying oil directly to lubrication points or by a distribution network.
Description
Features
Versatility: It can supply up to 150 lubrication points, depending on the line length.
Components: The pump consists of a housing with an integrated motor, a reservoir with a stirring paddle, a pump element, optionally including a pressure-relief valve, a filling nipple, and electrical connection parts.
Applications: Suitable for mobile applications like wheel loaders and excavators, as well as small- and medium-sized machinery in general industries.
Operating Conditions: It operates efficiently in a wide temperature range and can handle both grease up to NLGI 2 and oil with varying viscosities.

Applications
Inspection: Check periodically for signs of wear, damage, or leaks on the lube pump. All connections are to be tight with no blockages in the lubrication lines.
Filter Replacement: Clean or replace as necessary should a filter be fitted to the pump to guarantee the lubricant is free from contaminants.
Check the pump element for signs of wear or damage and replace it if worn out or damaged to ensure efficiency in operation.
Electrical Connections: Be sure that all electrical connections are tight. Check for any signs of corrosion or wear on the connections.
Temperature: Be sure that the operating temperature of the grease pump is within the specified range. Excessive heat may be indicative of a problem requiring attention.
