J203 Multiport Grease Lubricator For Construction Machinery
J203 is an electric pump used in progressive lubrication systems. It is suitable for construction machinery such as wheel loaders and excavators; small and medium-sized machinery and general industrial equipment such as harvesters, balers and forage harvesters.
Description
Features
The J203 electric lubrication pump is universal, compact, and very economical. It can be fitted with a low-level alarm and a PCB board that controls its operation. Further, it is offered in this voltage range: 12V and 24V DC or 110V~220V. The lubrication pump can also be equipped with 1, 2, or 3 pump elements. There are four types of pump elements: K5, K6, K7, and KR, with adjustable displacement. The pump reservoir capacity is also available in 2, 4, 8 liters, among other capacities.

Elements
Pump elements are essential components of lubrication pumps such as the J203. They are the ones that pump lubricant from the reservoir to the lubrication points.
Types: There are several varieties of lubrication pump elements available for different viscosity handing and output requirements. This provides selection based on the lubrication requirements of a machine.
Durability: The material used in making the pump element is mostly of high quality, usually stainless steel, hence durable and resistant to wear.
Compatibility: These lubrication pump elements have been designed to work with a wide range of lubricants, including oils and greases.
Maintenance: The pump elements should be subject to regular maintenance for effective running and life. This means checking for wear and replacing them.
