J203 Auto Lubricator With Controller For Multi Line Greasing
J203 lubrication pump is used with the SSV progressive metering device to reliably dispense lubricant in predetermined quantities. The SSV can handle high back pressures, is suitable for a wide range of temperatures and has a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar.
Description
Refilling
1. Filling via reservoir cover
Unscrew the lubrication pump container cap from the reservoir in a counterclockwise direction. Place the reservoir cover in a clean place, which must not be dirty.
Fill the lubricant reservoir from the top to the MAX mark of the lubrication pump and add lubricant as far as possible without bubbles.
Reinstall the lubrication pump reservoir cover in a clockwise direction.
2. Filling via the filling nipple
Connect the lubrication pump filling nipple to the filling pump.
Turn on the filling pump and fill with lubricant up to the MAX mark.
Turn off the filling pump and remove the filling nipple of the lubrication pump.

Application
Use clean components and grease-filled lubrication lines for the lubrication system.
In principle, the lubrication line system should be laid in such a way that no bubbles are formed.
When installing a distributor at the end of the lubrication main line, make sure that the outlet of the lubricant distributor faces upwards.
Pipeline bends, elbows, seals protruding inwards and unavoidable transitions in cross-section should be as gentle as possible to ensure unimpeded lubricant flow.
