J203 24V 220V Electric Multi-Point Grease Lubrication Pump

Compared to many other lubrication pumps, the J203 electric lubrication pump is an efficient choice due to its high and low temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, versatility, multiple outlets, multiple voltage, integrated design, and sturdy protection.

Description

Features

Flexible Control Options: J203 can have an additional control printed circuit board, which can be used to achieve variable settings at operation to suit a particular application.
High Operating Pressure: The grease pump produces pressure of up to 350 bar, therefore optimum lubrication is guaranteed, even in demanding applications.

Temperature Range: This lube pump operates within a very wide temperature range, -40°C to +70°C for DC and -25°C to +70°C for AC.
Multiple Pump Elements: J203 lubrication pump is capable of running up to three pump elements to provide variable output with continuous lubrication.

Protection and Durability: Its protection class, IP6K9K, guarantees very good protection against dust and water ingress, thus particularly suitable for demanding ambient conditions.

Applications

One typical application area for the J203 lubrication pump is in mobile machinery, such as in wheel loaders and excavators. These machines often go to rough environments and need reliable lubrication in order to keep up their performances, reducing downtime.
This lube pump is designed for manufacture with high operating pressure and a sturdy design for continuous lubrication in such demanding conditions. The possibility of the device managing several lubrication points simultaneously, together with the possibility of working within wide temperature limits, adds to its amenability towards mobile applications.
