Features
Level switch function
The level switch is integrated inside the J200 lubrication pump. When the level switch is activated, the pump can be stopped before the grease is completely exhausted, effectively preventing air from mixing into the grease and ensuring the normal operation of the lubrication system.
Working condition restrictions
The level switch only outputs a signal when the J200 lubrication pump is powered on. Since the pump stops when the level switch is activated, this may cause the pressure switch to not work properly and output an abnormal pressure signal.
Operation precautions
The level switch and the filter adapter form an integral unit. When the empty cartridge is removed, the abnormal output on the device side remains. If the power is turned on in this case, the J200 lubrication pump will inhale air. Therefore, be sure to insert a new cartridge before turning the power back on and release the abnormal output.

Pipeline
1. Connection steps
Connect the pipe to the outlet of the lubrication pump. Use a pipe with a pressure resistance of 10MPa or higher. First, manually fix the joint to ensure the initial stability of the connection. Then tighten it with a wrench. Pay attention to the moderate strength of this operation. The appropriate torque is 7.1N・m.
2. Check after connection
After the connection is completed, be sure to carefully check whether there is grease leakage at the joint to ensure the sealing of the connection. Then, exhaust the air to remove the air that may exist in the pipe and lubrication pump.
3. Pressure situation description
Although 8MPa or higher pressure may occur when the main pipeline is short, it will not cause problems under normal use, but it is still necessary to pay attention to the pressure changes of the lubrication system to ensure that it is within the normal working range.
