J100-7C 24VDC Electric Automatic Grease Lubrication Pumps
The J100 series electric piston pump unit is a device for single-line centralized lubrication systems, featuring compact design, quick replacement of lubricant cartridges, dual outlet lubricant delivery, automatic control system and precise output lubricant.
Description
Features
– Electric drive: The electric motor drives the piston pump unit of the J100 lubrication pump, and via an eccentric, it drives the delivery piston in the axial direction.
– Lubricant delivery: The delivery piston pushes the lubricant from the lubricant cartridge or oil reservoir of the lubrication pump via an internal control valve to the lubricant outlet.
– Pressure relief: Following the lubrication cycle, on switching off the lubrication pump motor, a pressure relief valve releases the system pressure required by single-line metering devices.
– Pressure limitation: The integrated pressure limiting valve limits the maximum system pressure of the centralized lubrication system to 80 bar.
– Lubricant supply: The lubricant can be supplied via a disposable lubricant cartridge or oil reservoir.
– Fill level monitoring: The J100 lubrication pump can be optionally fitted with a fill level switch to monitor the minimum fill level.

Maintenance
– Check lubricant levels: Check regularly based on number of pump cycles and setup of system.
– System leak check: A check for leaks in system components during every fill of pump and fix those found immediately.
– Electrical Safety: The cables of the electric lubrication pump should be inspected on a regular basis for any damages. All electrical work, such as repair and modification, shall be performed by a qualified technician after power removal.
– Cleaning and contamination prevention: Use a compatible cleaning agent to avoid contamination of the J100 lubrication pump.
– Follow safe procedures: Before starting any maintenance, cleaning, or repairs on the pump, ensure the following safety measures are strictly followed: removal of power, depressurization, locking/tagging equipment, and personal protective equipment.
