J100-5D 24V Detachable Centralized Lubrication Piston Pump
J100 reservoirs, available in transparent plastic, offer capacities of 0.3, 0.5, and 1.5 litres. These reservoirs simplify refilling and extend maintenance intervals, with venting needed only during system start-up. Pumps can include fill-level monitors, enhancing convenience.
Description
Features
– The maximum length of the lubrication pipeline of the J100 series progressive centralized lubrication can reach 14 meters.
– When the system fails and the distributor is blocked, the lubrication pump system will sound an alarm, which is convenient for the staff to carry out maintenance.
– The advantage of the centralized lubrication system is that multiple lubrication points can be combined into one lubrication pump for centralized oil supply.
– The J100 progressive lubrication pump can distribute the lubricant to each lubrication point in sequence according to the required predetermined proportion.
– The J100 lubrication system can realize visual monitoring or electrical monitoring functions.
– If the lubrication system is blocked, grease can be seen overflowing from the safety valve.

Troubleshooting
1. The motor cannot start when the working voltage is applied
– The motor has no working voltage: Please check the power connection of the lubrication pump, including checking the correct connection of the power plug and cable, and check whether the working voltage is connected correctly.
2. No pressure accumulation or release
– The pump delivers too little medium: Please check whether the ink cartridge or reservoir of the lubrication pump is empty.
– Inappropriate grease is used: Clear the grease in the entire lubrication system and use standard suitable grease.
– The pressure is too low or too high: The pressure regulating valve of the lubrication pump is blocked or defective, check and replace the pressure regulating valve.
– There is air in the main pipeline: exhaust through the exhaust port of the lubrication pump.
– The main pipeline leaks or breaks: Check the pipeline condition of the lubrication system and replace the pipeline.
