DPB Pressurized Lubrication System Metering Device Injector

The pressure agent delivered by the lubrication pump pushes the piston in the metering chamber to discharge the lubricant stored in the metering chamber. After the lubricant is discharged, the system is depressurized and the metering chamber stores oil for the next working cycle.

Description

Feature

Fixed output volume: JINPINLUB DPB distributors provide precise amount of lubricant per discharge, ensuring consistent lubrication effect, and can be equipped with detectors.
Multiple flow rates: 0.03, 0.06, 0.10 and 0.16 cc/cycle can be selected to meet different needs.

Wide range of working pressures: The minimum working pressure is 8bar and the maximum can reach 50bar, which is suitable for a variety of industrial environments.
Applicable oil viscosity: The oil injector is suitable for oils with a viscosity range of 32-90 cSt @ 40℃, ensuring smooth operation of the equipment.

Use with: The volumetric distributor needs to be used with a pressure release oil lubricator to ensure oil supply when the lubricator is running.

Application

Pressure relief: This type of distributor is used in conjunction with a pressure relief-type oil lubricator. During operation of the lubricator, the pressure in the system rises.
Oil discharge: With the rise in pressure, the displaced piston in the distributor discharges a metered amount of lubricant to each of the lubrication points.
Fixed flow: The amount of lubricant discharged each time is fixed, ensuring that each lubrication point receives consistent lubrication.
Cycling process: When the lubricator stops running, the system pressure is released and the piston returns to the initial position, ready for the next lubrication cycle.
