Centralized Lubrication System For Small Medium-Sized Machine
The J100 is a compact, reliable and adaptable centralized lubrication grease pump. It has a variety of capacities and multiple working modes, such as progressive type and single-line pressure relief type with integrated pressure relief function.
Description
Features
The electric pump is controlled by the host PLC or external controller to control the running time and intermittent time of the lubrication pump working cycle.
A low grease level sensor is available for selection to monitor the lubricant remaining in the grease pump in real time.
The J100 is designed with a pressure regulating valve to control the working pressure of the lubrication pump and protect its working safety.
The J100 is equipped with a vent valve. When starting to use, the air in the lubrication pump cavity should be removed first to ensure smooth oil discharge from the lubrication pump.
This lubrication pump has a variety of capacities to choose from, and can be designed with an reservoir or cartridge.
The J100 plunger pump is a highly adaptable lubrication pump. It has 2 outlets and can serve two lubrication lines at the same time.

Applications
Always fix the J100 lubrication pump on a vertical and flat surface.
Use 6 M8 bolts through the Φ9 holes to install and fix the lubrication pump.
When the lubrication pump is subject to vibration, it is recommended to apply anti-vibration glue.
The lubrication pump should be installed away from water, oil, debris and dust.
On the electrical connection of the pump unit, be sure to take appropriate measures, such as anti-interference cables, to prevent interference between signals due to inductive, capacitive or electromagnetic coupling.
