– Air filter: Standard configuration of MQL lubrication system with steel housing, used to filter impurities in the air.
– Control valve: MQL lubrication system includes solenoid valve, air pilot valve, manual valve or foot valve, and the appropriate control method can be selected according to specific needs.
– Positive displacement pump: Accurate and reliable, with full stroke output of 0.033 mL, 0.100 mL or 0.045 mL.
– Pneumatic pulse generator: Controls the cycle speed of the atomizing pump, and its frequency is affected by air pressure changes and mechanical changes and can be adjusted.
– Air metering screw: Used to control the nozzle air flow of the atomizing pump, and adjust the spray effect together with the pump stroke adjustment knob.
– Pump stroke adjustment knob: Controls the amount of liquid delivered per stroke to achieve precise adjustment of the oil output.

Pump working principle
The power source of the MQL system: It uses a pneumatic positive displacement pump to achieve oil delivery and metering.
Metering method: The atomizing pump controls the air flow through the air metering screw, and works together with the stroke adjustment knob to achieve accurate proportioning and output of the oil and air mixture.
Atomization principle
In the atomizing pump of the MQL system, the oil and air are kept separate in the pump until they reach the application point. Through the coaxial output method, the fluid and air are combined at the tip of the nozzle, and the “air jacket” around the fluid outlet uniformly atomizes the fluid
Pulse generator principle
The pulse generator of the MQL system controls the cycle rate of the pump by controlling the on-off rhythm of the compressed air. If precise control is required, use the adjustable air switch and adjust the knob to set the frequency.
