– Liquid level switch: integrated in the cartridge adapter, it can stop the pump in time when the cartridge is out of oil, effectively prevent air from mixing into the lubrication system and ensure lubrication effect.
– Easy cartridge replacement: it needs to be carried out according to the steps, such as rotating to remove the old cartridge, installing the new cartridge and tightening the cover.
– Removable reservoir: optional removable reservoir version, no need to replace the cartridge to achieve simple repeated grease filling.
– Strong environmental adaptability: it can work under ambient temperature 0 – 50°C and humidity 35 – 85%RH, and the vibration requirement is below 9G (88m/s²), which can resist the influence of adverse environmental factors such as water, oil, debris, dust, etc. to a certain extent.

Wiring

– Personnel qualifications: The wiring of the lubrication pump should be done by personnel qualified to do electrical work to ensure that the wiring is appropriate and safe.
– Polarity confirmation: The motor has polarity. In connecting the (+) and (-) wires, one should refer to the diagram for careful confirmation to avoid equipment failure due to incorrect polarity.

– Insulation measures: If the wires from the 24VDC power supply may contact the lubrication pump body, human body or surrounding objects, insulated wires must be used to prevent leakage and electric shock accidents.
– Ground connection: Connect the ground wire to the designated component to prevent leakage and electric shock. At the same time, to prevent fire caused by overcurrent, pay attention to the current limit. If the current exceeds 1.2A, the internal drive mechanism of the lubrication pump will return to the initial position.
