J100 Electric Grease Lubrication System With Level Switch
J100 electric motor drives the piston, which delivers the lubricant to the pump outlet through the control valve and then supplies it to the single-line metering device. Control system controls the lubrication cycle and the pressure switch monitors the system pressure.

Functies
– Compact structure: Both the cartridge and reservoir lubrication pumps are designed with a compact structure and are easy to install. They are suitable for systems with limited installation space and can build a single-line lubrication system with less installation work.
– Convenient replacement of cartridges: The cartridge design of the lubrication pump allows the lubricant cartridge to be replaced quickly and easily to meet customer needs and facilitate users to adjust the lubricant according to actual conditions.
– Stable drive mode: The J100 lubrication pump uses an electric motor to drive the delivery piston through an eccentric cam, which can ensure stable power transmission and enable the lubricant to be continuously and effectively delivered to the outlet.
– Pressure regulation protection: The pressure relief valve releases the system pressure accumulated in the lubrication cycle after the pump motor is turned off, which is essential for the normal operation of the single-line metering device. At the same time, the pressure limiting valve can limit the maximum pressure of the centralized lubrication system to 80bar to ensure safe operation of the system.

Voorzorgsmaatregelen
– Before connecting the pipe to the lubrication point, fill the long pipe section first to help remove air from the centralized lubrication system.
– Install the lubrication line to the lubrication system metering device, but do not connect it to the piston pump unit yet.
– For cartridge-type lubrication pumps, screw in the cartridge. For tank-type lubrication pumps, fill the tank and ensure that the cartridge or tank is ready.
– Turn the lubrication pump vent screw one turn, press and hold the bleed button until the lubricant without bubbles is discharged from the vent screw. This process can expel air from the pump body and nearby pipes. Then tighten the vent screw to prevent air from entering the system again.
– Connect the lubrication line to the pump outlet, press and hold the bleed button until the lubricant without bubbles is discharged from the lubrication line, and then reconnect the lubrication line. This ensures that the air in the section of the line has been exhausted.
– Repeat the above bleed procedure to bleed all metering devices to ensure that there is no air entrained in the entire lubrication system.
