JHGS2 Cartridge Type Progressive Electric Grease Lube System

JHGS2 is a progressive electric grease lubrication pump, suitable for multiple grease viscosities, pressure 8MPa and discharge 15ml/min, with multiple voltages optional. It has a simple but durable structure, and is easy to operate and maintain by replacing the cartridge.

Fonctionnalité

– Precise control: The lubrication time and interval time of the JHGS2 electric lubrication pump are precisely controlled by PLC, and the frequency and duration of lubrication can be flexibly adjusted according to the operating requirements of different equipment.
– Liquid level monitoring: The lubrication pump can be installed with a low liquid level detector, which can automatically send a signal when the oil level is at a low level.
Adaptable lubricant: The lubrication pump is applicable for NLGI 000, 00, 0, 1# lubricants. Its wide applicability enables it to meet different working scenarios.
– Stable output: The automatic lubrication pump has a working pressure of 8.0MPa with a displacement of 15mL/min. It can guarantee that the lubricant will be transported to every lubrication point of the equipment with stable flow and pressure.
– Rich accessories: This progressive lubrication pump is suitable for various accessories, such as JSV progressive distributors, PD adapters, PH adapters, and so on. Besides, it can be flexibly combined with different types of equipment and systems.
– Flexible power supply: The lubrication pump provides different voltages like 110VAC, 220VAC, DC12, DC24V, and so on. Users may choose according to the actual usage scenario.

Dépannage

– Lubrication pump cannot discharge or the amount is insufficient: the reasons include the motor cannot run, the motor turns in the opposite direction, the quality is not consistent, the outlet is blocked, and there is air in the cartridge. The solutions include detecting the input voltage, replacing the motor, rewiring, cleaning or replacing the outlet joint, exhausting, etc.
– Lubricant leakage: it may be that cartridge is damaged or deformed, the cartridge is not locked, and that O-ring connecting cartridge is missing or deteriorated. The corresponding solutions are to replace cartridge, re-lock, add or replace the O-ring.
– Abnormal pressure: impurities in the piston part of the lubrication pump, insufficient preset pressure value, and pipeline rupture may cause this problem. It can be solved by cleaning the piston part, adjusting the pressure regulating valve, and replacing a new pipe.
– The pressure gauge pointer does not return to zero or stops: the reason may be that the pressure gauge is faulty or there is air in the lubrication pump. The solution is to replace the pressure gauge or perform exhaust operation.
