MOK-5 Metering Valve For Positive Displacement Lube System
The positive displacement injection valve MO2/MO2C is a mechanical metering valve for oil lubrication systems. This metering valve, combined with an aluminum connection block, can form a 1-12 point pressurized oil distributor for use in volumetric lubrication systems.
Description
Fonctionnalité
Precise Control: The movement of the distributor plunger ensures the exact volume of oil injected every cycle.
Consistency: The distributor is designed to guarantee consistent lubrication, which is important for machinery to work reliably.
Reliability: By positive displacement, even with variation in pressures, the volume of oil delivered remains constant.
Versatility: Ensures critical components of Industrial Machinery are always well lubricated to avoid wear and tear. Used in lubrication systems to keep the automotive engine and other moving parts serviced. Keeps manufacturing equipment running by precisely metering lubricant.

Principe
Oil Reservoir and Suction: The plunger in the metering valve moves when the system is turned on, and it creates a vacuum that sucks the oil from the reservoir into the chamber.
Filling of the Chamber: As the metering valve plunger retracts, it opens an inlet port through which oil flows into the chamber. The amount of oil entering the chamber is precisely controlled to ensure accurate dosing.
Compression and Injection: Once the chamber is filled with the required amount of oil, the plunger moves forward. This forward motion closes the inlet port and compresses the oil within the chamber.
Discharge: The compressed oil is discharged through the outlet port. This outlet port leads to the lubrication point, where the oil is required.
Reset Mechanism: After the oil is discharged, the plunger resets to its original position. This resetting allows the chamber to refill with oil for the next cycle.
