MG2K Grease PDI distributor is part of a pressure relief single-line grease lubrication system. Each outlet output can be assembled based on actual needs. The whole is assembled from brass metering valves and an aluminum junction, which is durable and accurate in output.

Combination: The distributor consists of a metering valve and a junction. You can select the appropriate output and assemble it into an MG2K distributor as needed.
Metering Valve: The MG2 valve meters grease correctly, maintaining a constant and economical feed.
Grease Nipples: MG2K is able to grease 1-12 plural points with one operation of a grease pump.
Material: The body is normally of brass to make it strong and resistant to corrosion.
Operating Pressure: Operating pressure range of 2.5 MPa with a reset pressure of 1.4 MPa.
Discharge Volume: Available in several discharge volumes, like 0.03, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, and 0.5 ml/cycle.

Instalación
Preparation:
Gather tools and materials, including a valve, grease nipples, fittings, and the appropriate type of grease.
Positioning:
Point out where the metering valve is to be installed. It should be an easy-to-reach area for maintenance and operation purposes.
Fittings Connection:
Couple the fittings to the metering valve and the grease lines. Be sure all are properly fit together to avoid leakages.
System Testing:
Install the valve and nipples and then test the system by working the grease gun. Check the system for leaks or improper grease flow.
Final Adjustments:
Check that all components operate properly and that the lubrication system supplies grease as intended.
