Pipeline

In terms of pipe materials and specifications, it is necessary to select suitable oil-resistant and corrosion-resistant pipes according to the characteristics of the lubricant, system pressure and environment.
Pipe cleaning is very important. Before installation, it is necessary to thoroughly remove impurities with compressed air blowing and chemical cleaning to prevent foreign matter from entering the lubricating pump to damage parts and disturb operation, and ensure that the lubricant flows smoothly and purely.
When connecting, the seals should be selected well, and the nuts and bolts should be tightened according to the specified torque to ensure good and firm sealing, and check for leaks regularly.
In terms of layout, reduce the number of pipes, avoid sharp bends and twists, ensure smooth flow of lubricants, properly support and fix, and prevent vibration displacement.
Finally, exhaust after installation. Set an exhaust valve at a high point, slowly open and exhaust the air, and wait for the lubricant to flow out without bubbles to prevent uneven lubrication and pump idling.
