JSV-10 Progressive Divider Valve For Lubrication System Pump
JSV progressive divider valve can accurately meter and distribute lubricant to up to 20 outlet lines at operating pressures up to 350 bar. The output per outlet per cycle is fixed at 0.2cc, but outlets can be combined through accessories to obtain larger outputs.
Description
Features
Function: JINPINLUB JSV divider valve is used in any progressive lubrication system, which distributes lubricant to several lubrication points either grease or oil.
Working Principle: JSV divider valve receives lubricant through a central inlet port. Thereafter, the lubricant is distributed to several outlet lines, each of which is connected to a lubrication point.
Outlet Volume: The outlet volume of each JSV divider valve is preset to 0.2cc per outlet per cycle. That means that each outlet receives just the same quantity of lubricant in every lubrication cycle from the JSV.
Number of Outlets: The JSV divider valves can connect up to 20 outlet lines. That simply makes them ideal for applications requiring distribution to a number of lubrication points.

Maintenance
Application Requirements: Identify your application needs: what type of equipment is being lubricated, how many lubrication points there are, and what kind of lubricant is required.
Output and Pressure: Each JSV distributor valve output is fixed at 0.2cc/cycle/outlet. The operating pressure is up to 350bar. Ensure these parameters meet your application needs.
Installation: Consider the installation and maintenance requirements of the JSV distributor valve. Understand its size, wiring requirements, and maintenance considerations.
