MUK Pressurized Volumetric Metering Device For Grease Pump
JINPINLUB MUK pressurized volumetric metering valve is a direct pressure action type. The pressure oil delivered by the lubrication pump pushes the piston built into the metering element to force the quantitative oil to be discharged.
Description
Feature
When the lubrication pump stops working, the piston of the metering element is reset under the action of the spring force, that is, the quantitative lubricant is measured and stored.
The oil discharge amount of the MUK distributor is accurate. The metering element only discharges oil once in one oil supply cycle, and the distance between each other in the lubrication system is far, near, high, low, horizontal or vertical installation. The displacement of the metering element has no effect.
The discharge action of the distributor is sensitive, and two seals are used to prevent the discharged lubricant from flowing back.

Application
Pressure: When the electric lubrication pump or manual lubrication pump is working, the lubrication system generates pressure.
Metering: There is a piston or screw inside the metering valve that can be adjusted by pressure and spring. When the system is running, the pressure pushes the piston or screw to move, pushing a specific amount of grease into the distribution pipeline.
Distribution: Each cycle of the metering valve distributes the grease stored inside the metering valve to the equipment or parts that need lubrication.
