Installation
Installation location: Avoid installing the pump in an environment with high temperature or corrosive substances.
Fixed method: Use the correct bolts and brackets to install, and ensure that the mounting surface of the lubrication pump is flat to avoid vibration and noise.
Connect power: According to the voltage of the pump, correctly connect the power cord, ensure that the power connection is firm and in accordance with local electrical regulations.
Connect lubrication line: Correctly connect the pipeline to the outlet of the lubrication pump to ensure that the connection is tight and there is no leakage.
Fill lubricant: fill appropriate amount of lubricant and ensure that the lubricant used meets the specifications of the pump.
Check the system: Check for leaks after starting the pump and confirm that the lubricant can reach each lubrication point.
