J203 Cost-Effective Automatic Centralized Lubrication System

The J203 lubrication pump is designed to work in intervals, with an integrated motor driving the pump element to draw low-viscosity and high-viscosity grease from the reservoir and distribute it to various lubrication points through the lubrication system.

Description

Features

Compact structure: The lubrication pump is small in size and easy for installation and maintenance.
High adaptability: In terms of a wide variety of lubrication media and fields of application, the J203 Lubricator is applicable.
Economical: Compared with other types of lubrication pumps, the J203 is more economical with stable and long life.

Easy to operate: The lubricating system can be equipped with low oil level controller and PCB panel automatic control function, which eases the operation procedure.
Optional voltage: Both 110V AC and 220V AC, and 12V/24V DC, can be applied to different electrical environments.

J203 lubrication pump is a small electric pump, very universal and economical, compact. Applied to automatic centralized lubrication systems.

Maintenance

Check the lubrication pump oil level regularly to ensure that the oil level is within the normal range and the level sensor is normal.
Check the running status of the grease pump regularly for the running sound of the pump and whether there is an abnormal vibration.
Clean filters of lubrication pumps and lubrication systems periodically to remove impurities and blockages.
Check the pressure of the lubricator system regularly to ensure that the system pressure is within the normal range.
