J100 Motor Driven Plunger Grease Lubrication Pump With Sensor
The J100 electric grease lubrication pump drives the plunger and other components in the pump body through the motor to suck the grease from the reservoir and pressurize it, and then delivers the high-pressure grease to lubrication parts through the lubrication line.
Description
Features
Efficient lubrication: Within the specified pipeline range and number of lubrication points, the J100 lubrication pump can provide sufficient pressure and flow to ensure that the lubrication points get the required amount of lubrication.
Automatic control: The lubrication pump can be automatically controlled by an external PLC control or a built-in controller to improve the degree of automation. There are many optional configurations.
Safe and reliable: The J100 electric pump has low liquid level monitoring and early warning functions to prevent the pump from idling or the drive motor from overloading, extending the service life of the pump.
Flexible selection: The J100 grease pump has two working modes. On the basis of the progressive type, with the addition of a pressure relief device, a single-line pressure relief grease system can be formed.
