MFB-160 160bar Axial Liquid Filled Pressure Gauge Manometer
MFB-160 Mechanical oil immersed pressure gauge is an instrument used to measure fluid pressure, and its working principle is mainly based on the principle that elastic elements (such as spring tubes) deform when subjected to fluid pressure.
Description
Features
1. The change in measured pressure is driven by the connecting rod to rotate the pointer at the end of the fan-shaped gear, indicating the corresponding pressure value.
2. The pressure gauge has a precise measurement accuracy of 2.5 levels, with smaller errors and greater accuracy.
3. The standard size of the copper material joint for this pressure gauge is PT1/8.
4. MFB-160 adopts a fully stainless steel shell with high hardness and a sturdy texture that is not easily corroded.
5. The pressure gauge is shockproof filled with glycerin and resistant to vibration working environment.

Maintenance
Installation and operation: Ensure that the pressure gauge is installed correctly, maintain a good connection between the pressure gauge and the measured medium, and avoid leakage and loosening.
Consider environmental factors: Before measurement, it is necessary to consider the impact of environmental factors on pressure, such as temperature changes, humidity, and vibration, which may cause measurement errors
Pressure medium: Ensure to choose a pressure gauge suitable for the medium, and pay attention to the properties and corrosiveness of the medium to avoid damage.
