JDL2 Electric Resistance Gear Lubrication Oil Pump With Motor
Electric oil gear lubrication pump is a device specially designed to provide lubrication for various mechanical equipment, widely used in CNC machinery, machining centers, production lines, textiles, plastics, printing, chemicals, woodworking, food and other industries.
Description
Features
1. Lubrication and interval time are controlled by the host PLC.
2. A pressure switch can be installed to detect whether the oil circuit is damaged.
3. A floating switch is attached to detect the liquid level and automatically send a signal.
4. A pressure gauge is attached to detect the operating pressure of the oil pump.
5. A forced oil supply key is attached to continuously lubricate for less than 3 minutes to avoid motor overload.
6. The high temperature of the motor triggers the temperature control protection device and will shut down for about 10 minutes.
7. A spark eliminator can be added to suppress the interference of voltage and sparks on the PLC.
8. An overflow valve is provided to prevent the lubrication pump and pipeline from being overpressured.
